The subject was the unauthorized driver of a truck rented from the client, which was involved in a fatal, multi-car accident. The client requested that SMI Aware search for any information relating to the subject’s places of residence; places of employment, association with specific individuals and organizations; criminal activities; photos of subject driving; comments about the subject made by others on social media; general photos of the subject; anything else potentially relevant to the investigation of this accident.
Analyst Findings:
The subject was discovered to be associated with an unidentified criminal organization. The subject made numerous references to being a member of the Freemasons or Gangster Disciple Nation and is often seen wearing apparel with recurring gang symbols. The subject also appears to be a drug dealer, sharing photos of various drugs such as MDMA for $5 a pill. It is clear the subject is a convicted felon. He was recently arrested for participating in an illegal street racing ring, but specifically for “criminal trespass, loitering and prowling, and driving without a license” on 7 August 2017.
