Scope
The subject was a stunt dancer for the insured from August 2017 to August 2018. In September 2019, the subject filed a workers’ compensation claim stating his knee was injured, but the employer states that injury was preexisting when he was hired in August 2017. The subject currently does parkour stunts and is involved in Tae Kwon Do.
SMI was hired to secure any information related to any knee injuries he sustained prior to August 2017, any mention of knee injury in general, and to see what physical activities he was involved in since.
Analyst Findings
The subject was found to have mentioned previous health issues including a prior leg injury in 2013 and having Lyme disease, which can cause joint pain. Several posts were captured with videos and photos of him doing stunts after his injury claim.
