NEW! Order Collaboration: Sharing Made Easy
We’re always looking for ways to make our user experience as simple and efficient as possible. With this in mind, we’ve created the SMI Aware Order Collaboration feature. This allows users of our existing clients’ firms to share reports and work with other members of their respective firm. Here’s how it works:
1. Adding Collaborators
While creating a Deep Report Request, add the name and email address of as many collaborators as needed. The new collaborators field is at the top section of the order entry page.
Once the order is processing or released, you can go to your Orders page and click on the order you’d like to share. Add collaborators on the right-hand sidebar.
2. Emailing Notifications
The assigned user(s) will receive an email notification.
Current users will be able to view the shared order alongside their own orders in the Order page.
New Users will be able to setup account access by following the prompts and creating a password for future access.
3. Share Your Input
Once the order is released, all users involved will be notified and will be able to contribute information and
view the completed documents
